Wrestling

Can anyone help me out with a wrestling program? And as well is there a carryover to football(ie quckniess, speed, agility)? and the last question is can anyone help explain this to me, all or my teammates have dropped weight like crazy since the start of wrestling, but in the last 2 weeks since wrestling has started i have lost a noticable amount of body fat and gained 7lbs(210-217.6)?

Doesn’t your coach give you a program? What are you looking for exactly, a supplemental workout program to help with wrestling, or intesity and volume prescriptions for wrestling specifically?

As far as gaining weight…what are you eating bro? Calories in, calories out. If you are wrestling you are probably burning crazy amounts of calories, and have just increased your intake too much, and or you are retaining water, which will level out so long as you keep your training consistently, and so long as you drink lots of water. After a wrestling session I am almost always dehydrated even if I am drinking like crazy during the workout.

I lose about 5lbs of water weight after each practise(today when i weighed in before practice i weighed 217) and i am not eating a huge amount of calories(3000-3500 a day), so really i cant explain the weight gain either, i was just wondering if someone could explain it.
