Check your diet first before you go spending $ on such products… I remember you posted that you eat like crap; cut out all the junk see how that goes for you, then go from there. (soda, chips, cookies, candy, etc etc). But I don’t see a prob with them either IF the diet is good.
Watch out because fat burners with all those different stims will burnout your cns quik ass hell.

Sorry for not updating like I should, this week has been crazy with traveling, holidays, training, family, etc. I will update in a couple days when I get some more time, but I have been training and feeling good. It’s an unload week so the weights aren’t anything tough but I’m very curious to see how I feel next week. Speed work has been going well as usual, I feel good.

-Took 2 attempts to get 240 up, probably wasn’t the prettiest but managed it.
-I felt somewhat flat in before the weights. My legs/feet didn’t feel like I had as much pop during the speed work either; I think the lack of sleep plus long travel may have had something to do with that.
Hoping for good testing numbers the rest of the week! It’s a busy week with school so we’ll see how I manage, 3 finals this week and 3 finals next week!
Do you have to hit numbers this week? You don’t want to be fried for your finals.
This whole week is a test week and monday was the first day starting with power clean.
