No I feel good. I just needed to rest/catch up on some sleep this weekend, last couple nights have been late cuz of roommates wakin me up, driving drunk people, etc… BS but I had about 8 hours uninterrupted sleep last night so Im feelin good now.

I just have gotten luck that past couple times I’ve been out to the track the coach has been out and she let me use blocks. Hit and miss since it’s not consistent when she’s out there, otherwise I use 3 point starts.
So is the plan today 40/100/200?

Why do you do a lot of your work 150’s and 20-30’s?
I don’t see much in the 60m range.
I see 8+ weeks of 60’s maybe you should check again.
Read back a couple pages, it’s there. I just started running over 80 meters a few weeks ago. I’ve only done 150’s once.

Still was only seeing 2 or 3 at a clip with 20’s and 30’s mixed in.
Someone coming from a football background I would assume is already pretty good at the start and from the 4.48 that seems true.
I would have built up to more 60s in the workouts and worried less about the 20’s and 30’s. Just my opinion.
But good luck today, you should be on pace for a nice pr judging by your last race into the heavy wind.
I will go out on a limb and predict 11.7 in the 100m.
