I didn’t know there was a national combine for Juco players… I know there is one in San Jose at SJSU in May for unsigned sophs, but they are just doing drills and 1-on-1’s, not really a combine though (no 40, vert, bench, 5-10-5, etc).

Cooldown, stretch. Felt pretty good. Weights later. Didn’t do so hot this weekend at my race, but it’s the first one. Hope this weekend will be better.

what event did you run in?

I ran the 100m.

What time did you get? Do you plan on going to any combines anyways.

I’m not sure about the combine thing; I may do the one at SJSU in May but I’m undecided. As of now I’m going to attempt and walk on somewhere. But you never know what would happen ya know?

This session felt awesome. Forgot my straps for powercleans but still was decent. Form and explosivness was good though. Weighed 183 before workout, 187 after (after drinking about 2 liters of water during!! Must’ve been pretty dehydrated today).

Contrast shower post workout (4 cycles of 3 min hot/1 min cold).

what was ur time, and do those straps really help on pc?

11.90 FAT into a headwind and rain. There were other factors that I could list but I don’t want to sound like a whiner. This next week’s race should be much better as I got all the cobwebs out in my first race.

I don’t know really if the straps help much, I usually use them on hc only, but last night I didn’t really feel like it made much of a difference without them on powercleans.
