Thanks Palmtag… Yes, this is currently my best season opener of my track career. I have never ran this fast this early. Looks promising.

4x400- 4th, 3:33 (51.7 2nd leg, but ideally 51.5-51.4 had I been able to stay inside to the track the whole time)

Weather: Sunny, Calm
Results:
4x100: 4th, 44.75
400m- 51.87 FAT, 1st Heat, 4th overall
4x400m- 3:29.69 (51.1 2nd leg), 3rd place overall
51.8 is damn good for this early in the season. Keep it up man!

Meet: BIG 7 Conference Trials
Place: Merrit College
Event: 400m
Conditions: Sunny, Calm
Results:
400m: 52.21, 3rd in heat, 11th overall. Did not qualify for Saturday’s final. Slowest qualifier was 50.29 (by our fastest guy).

Our 4x400m relay ran 3:23.46 for 3rd place; I did not run though.

Place: College of San Mateo
Weather: Fog early, Sunny later, windy and cold toward the end of the meet.
Did not run this meet either but:
4x100m: 43.38 9th qualifier overall for the final next weekend.
4x400m: 3:22.96, 5th qualifier for the final next weekend; Splits: BC- 49.8, WC- 51.3, NF- 50.5, KB-51.0
