Did anyone see the footage of the 95 year-old who broke the WR in the 100m for his age group (95-99)? He ran it in 22.04 sec. and apparently beat the old record by almost 7 seconds. He really looked amazing for a 95 year old.
I find this more impressive than Powell breaking the overall WR…I hope I am still alive at 95, let alone running. I don’t mean to take anything away from Powell, however.
