would this excercise work for glutes/hams?

I dont have access to a reverse leg press or reverse hyper so I was trying to find out how I can come up with a similar excercise. I DO have a sled. So I was wondering do you think It would be effective to load the sled up with weight and walk straight legged as an excercise? :smiley: :stuck_out_tongue:

Ankle drags backwards might also work.
