What kind of workout would this be considered…150, 400, 200 with ten minutes rest between each at 90-95%?

for 200/400m guys, we used to do 3x300m speed endurance, then start tapering to the effect of 150-300-200 or something like that.
All at 95% speed, with 10-15 minute (full)recovery.
i actually am not running witht he team this year but my roommates are and they just tell me the workouts.
