As its a UNI track, what is the situation with Halls? as I assume the LOC may have an arrangement there on campus?? possibly

Sorry, the organising committee are usually responsible for arranging a deal with accommodation, and wondered as the event is being held on a university campus that there may be use of the residential halls during their summer term break perhaps.
Personally, we are likely to book somewhere as a larger group to keep prices down and be social

I doubt U of T will offer residences as an option but I might be wrong on that. I’m only wanting to let all of you know how expensive accommodations are in Toronto in general but if you have euro’s or pounds or USDA, your value will be better.
The center of the city is where you will want to be I am sure of that. It’s where all the fun and action and things to do are. Having said that we have subways and an excellent transit system and uber and LIFT are here too.
I’m sure you will figure it out with whom ever is organizing everything.
