My training mate had all four of his wisdom teeth pulled last Friday, would the recovery time be 4-7 days?
BTW, he’s trying to comeback tomm which may be too soon.
I had my wisdom teeth pulled at the end of the summer, i think i took 4 days off, i felt like i could have came back after one day and been fine but iwanted to be safe. i think they said take atleast one or tow days off because exercise increases blood flow which can be bad for the blood clots
