Will James Colbert ever start a training journal?
With a 56% momentary share of “No”,plus a bright 35% of “Couldn’t care less”,I strongly doubt Mr. Colbert will ever be at least encouraged to do so.
"An individual will act in a certain way based on the expectation that the act will be followed by a given outcome and on the attractiveness of that outcome to the individual."

But eventually: is anybody around here really still interested in listening to and accepting someoneelse’s diversity with its own potential strengths and obvious weaknesses, but its sure value in the sharing of information and tentative communication act ?
I think that if James does post a journal, those who read it should treat it the same as anyone elses.
And I think this whole piling on James thing should stop. If you aren’t interested anymore, just ignore the posts you don’t like. I’m critical of him too, but damn, enough is enough already.
Agree 100% and I would be disappointed if anyone used that as a way to get at him.
From my point of view I am interested to see how he puts the scraps of information he has presented together. He has made some bold statements such as adding 16lbs of muscle in 1 month simply by doing 5 minute iso’s P7 & 8 of http://www.charliefrancis.com/community/showthread.php?t=14287&page=8&pp=15
Pakewi,
I for one am not closed minded and would relish the opportunity to see how James structures his training. I sincerely hope he starts a journal and until then any of his contributions to the forum are valuable.
I was wrong.
Note: you didn’t specify that it had to be a real journal
