I’m Italian and I’m proud to be but i want to say something to allthe persons who “spit” in our faces all the problems the soccer has in Italy today (probably th e germans forgot what happened recently in their tournament!!).
So I want to thanks all those "people"for having put "extra-fuel"in our hearts!!And I want to cheers with all those emigrants who daily sweat 4 a better life!!!

Well if you know Italians and what’s said on the filed sometimes you can guess it was

1. sg about his mother,
2. where he comes from (Algeria)
3. and some sexual thing
4. in combination

Sorry for the French, they were the better team in the game (except first half), but Italy deserves WC title if one looks at the whole tournament.
Besides one own goal and a penalty (which was not justified) they got NOT A SINGLE goal during the whole WC games! Simply incredible.

I wonder how French National team will develop from now on. Without Zidane and Viera they are no team at all.

I would love to hear what ZZ has to say about the incident.

And no matter what was said, he’s far to experienced to let something like that get to him.

Responds like a natural human being who lost his nerves. Something a LOT of athletes do all the time from all different nationalities. did you see what the argintinians did with the germans after their match. Oh :eek: My god :eek: They’re all terrorists :mad:

You appear to have drawn the conclusion that I hold the view that all Arabs are terrorists. You have no reason to do so and if you think that is what I believe then you are incorrect! :mad: :mad:

Is not so important to have great ball possesion if you shoot in a dangerous way only 1-2 time in all the match.

Reality and humity…great lessons to everybody.

Zidane was clearly provoked by unspeakable rudeness on Materazzi’s part. “Zidane can leave with his head held high. The other one (Materazzi) cannot. B/c there is more to life than soccer.”

Did anybody else catch the poll on TSN? It was something like, Who’s career ended with the most dissapointment

I’m not talking about you man… You just posted a news piece. I was commenting and I meant Materazzi by what I was saying. Did you tell ZZ that he is terrorist??? I don’t think so. You said Materazzi did. And I was talking about him. I don’t accuse everyone just like that. I just took your quote because may be at some point it would be proven that ZZ was told something else other than this. So in case he was told terrorist then someone out there must tell Materazzi ( who told ZZ that he is terrorist )that not all Arabs are terrorists. Thats all I meant.

Zidane did something wrong. We all have to admit this. But Ben did what everyone else was doing. Tyson Who knows what he did and what he didn’t!! If you wanna know that Zidane’s action is so wrong, just try to Imagine Ben johnson crossing the line and then going back to carl lewis and heading him in the chest and Lewis falling to the ground!!! Thats exactly what Zidane did. Something so wrong.( Not a terrorist act of course ) But something wrong that needs to be dealt with. And the refferee delt with this in a right way. Although in the replay the reff wasn’t loking to ZZ nor was the lines man. We know that Zidane did this. I don’t know how the reff knew?? Given that they don’t show such mistakes on the big screen of the Stadium. Did they listen to the Italian players???!!! No way. Or what? Thats something I would love to know. But Zidane is 100% wrong. He should have held his nerves a bit.
