If we have a possible problem with a purchased product…(I posted in the GPP essentials forum)

I sent an email to info@charliefrancis.com but am not sure if that is where I need to send my question to.

Or I suppose whomever can read the thread in the GPP forum and post there.

I made an order yesterday and decided to do a mail-in payment. Where do I send the payment to and can I change my order to paypal? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We do not accept mail in payments, PayPal is the only form of payment we currently accept.
