Try to check “brainwave generator”, if I’m not wrong there is a white noise and similar “sound”…for sleep…attention…etc…
Sometimes I have an air purifier on or a humidifier and it actually seems to work well. Good way to kill two birds with one stone.
I regularly leave a fan on to sleep-tends to block out other noises, too-I usually don’t hear doors slamming, conversational speech, etc.
