wow…well recently i couldn’t help it after reading up on the cfts so i went to the ymca to hit the weights. i did half squats and hip extensions for the hammies. for the 1/2 squats: 135 1x6, 195: 1x4, 215: 2x6. as for the hip extensions(reverse leg press) 45lbs 2x10, 55lbs 1x10. right now i’m really sore!!! did i do too much or what??? i know i should’ve stuck with pylos but i couldn’t help it ahhh!!!
