Curious when most people that use this supplement take it–after a workout, before bed, multiple times during the day?
I don’t want to sound unfriendly, but this was discussed so often on this board.

no problem, thanks for link–had seen it before and some other examples looking up various training journals before as i’ve searched the site. if u look at my question, just trying to get a larger poll size than the same few people telling when they do or think it should be taken.
