I have one on my user cp and I have that green dot signifying it. What does that mean? What happened for me to get it?

If you mouse over the green icon, this will indicate your reputation. People get reputation by how many of us actually give you points based on the quality of your posts…this number can go up and down.

How can people be “on a distinguished road” with no posts and people with plenty of posts just have their name?
