What happened to acbarchjr and his two ton squats, i’d really like to see what kind of improvement he has made over his 7.07 60m from last year since he seemed to be getting into sprint training.

Also everyone else it would be interesting to see how people are developing the cfts program in general. Tons of people post but only a couple people on here post results I’d really like to see more athlete and coaches on here post the kind of results they are having!!!
