What to do when u have a meet every week ?

What do I do when I have a meet every week ?
Do I keep doing weights 3 times a week- at 2x3 ?

What about speed work ? stop it 4-5 days short of the meet ? can you do weights in that time ?

Level is 11.5s…

mon:
pc

rdl
rows

wed:
pc
bp

2 speed workouts mon/wed.
1 tempo session on tue and 1 incline tread session on thur.
fri: rest.
