well winter is coming so i’m not gonna be able to use the track or grass anymore which leaves me with very little options when it comes to speed training…
Do u guys have any suggestions on what i couldf do to work on my speed and speed endurance throughout the winter???
Here are couple of things i was thinking off:
Snow sprints?? (would these do me any good?)
sprint cycling on a stationary bike??
If you have absolutely no access to an indoor track, then you need to find other means to improve yourself, which may be weights, plyos, medball throws, and tons of general fitness stuff like core work and circuits. Depending on the temperature, you could shovel off light amounts of snow and do some sprints as well.
