Yo everybody! My competition period will get finished at late June and I don´t know what to do before GPP arrives (at mid September)
Assuming that I´ve beggun my speed track training the last october,Maybe it would be good idea to make a more long (more than 8 weeks) GPP?
It would be OK if I try to performe a maximal strength phase at the year during those months?
Any idea would be so appreciate :o thanks in advance
