I was wondering which products on the “shop online” section would be key for someone tryinng to develop speed, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning for soccer??
It’ll show you how to train all that, but just take away the sprints and add skill sessions.
‘IMO’ you don’t need to work on sprints to be a footballer. Maybe controversial, but my own belief is you’re not running a set distance, so don’t train for it, just make yourself explosive via resistance training.
