Thanks man, i appreciate it! I’m weighing between 210 and 215 these days, depending on how much food and water i take in during the day. Not sure if i’ll keep trying to bulk, or if i’ll stay around this weight.

I hope some athletes on here are taking notes, because THAT is how you squat!! Nice work, man.

Thanks man! I can’t say i have ever been told that…lol. It’s funny you should mention him though, because i was a big fan of him during high school. I had both the white and navy blue jersey.

Just figured i’d update my log. I’m taking this week off. No lifting at all. Will either start back sunday or next monday. I never really “de-load”, instead i just take a whole week off. I have always responded better to taking a whole week off, then doing a traditional de-load. I may ride the elliptical a couple times this week, but that’s not worth putting in here.

I am doing Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 in case anyone was curious. My two upper body lifts are the Floor Press(my personal favorite upper lift) and Close Grip Bench(to aid in increasing my floor press). My two lower lifts are the squat and rack pulls. Well, i had an accurate 1rm in all the lifts, except the rack pull. So before i did my actual workout, i worked up to a true 1rm in the rack pull to base my percents off of. I didn’t want to guess or estimate. I ended up hitting 525. I tried 540, but i had nothing left. Below is the video of the 525lb rack pull.
