In regards to weight training during the gpp I am doing weights 3 x weekly.The question I have is do you apply a heavy light medium schedule or lift the same weight for the 3 days or is there some other alternative.I am using bench ,squat,cleans as my exercises.Any suggestions will be appreciated.
I think either method would work h/l/m or you could step load (increase weight for three str workouts then unload). Also remember since you are in GPP and the intensity is low you may not need a to use h/l/m maybe u could do h/m/h.
