so much for all the prs that were supposed to be set on the track. what happened with torri?

Realistically, lance brauman may be the first coach to get two double champs (male and female 100/200) at the same championship. Heck, there aren’t many coaches that coached both the male and female 100 at a champ.

I want to see an isolation slo mo shot of Torri, but the BBC at least never showed one. Yeah, fair play to Brauman, especially as he was not there all season, let alone during the taper! Can he build on this next year? Also, what are the odds on him taking a one two in the men’s 200??

not surprise that campbell won bc she can finish like no other, torri should be killing with the body she has.

Are you referring to how conditioned Torri appears to be, because I agree she looks trim and in shape. After the semis, I thought that final was her’s. I was impressed with Campbell’s finish, in her semi also, she made Arron look like she couldn’t hang on at the end!

yeh her fitness level but shes a big girl like marion jones. campbell has always been able to finish.

I think Torri when she runs well combines strenght, conditioning and technique brilliantly, like the complete sprinter. Do you think Campbell will be able to continue that speed endurance throughout the 200 well enough to win?

AUT, or anybody with the time and goodwill, could you possibly collate at least the sprint finals (maybe also any interesting prelims) results in this Race Reports section - so we all have a ready reckoner for the future. Thanks

Torri looks like she needs a sandwich.
