Vitamin C & Potassium

Id like to hear what memebers think about using these 2 supplements for recovery.

Why? Which Kind? How Much? and When?

I was thinking about using 1000 mg of vitamin c (gel caps) and 400-500 mg of Potassium post workout with food.

Thoughts?

vitamin c (3-5g) pre-workout will lower cortisol levels.

can you explain what impact lowering of cortisol may have?
and how about post workout?
