Vitalyze? By SNAC

I got a question. I just got my order. How long before i hit the track should i take it. ANd also should i take all 3 pills or spread them out over the day. THX

I’d also like to know whether or not to take Vitalyze before intense practice sessions. Also, when to take it if you have a prelim round followed by a final an hour and a half later.

I think you can use it before comp and intensive training as it should not cause any receptor downgrade. I would start with one and work up to three- some people get some GI upset with more pills. With multiple rounds, it may be trial and error. Thats why it’s good to experiment first with special endurance with long breaks to judge how it works best. An example might be 2 pills 30 to 40 min before the heat and one more 30 min before the final 1 1/2 hr later. If the heat was AM and the final late afternoon it might be like separate uses, ie 2 and 2, or 2 and 3, or 3 and 3.

Anyone use Vytalise with Powerdrive - or is that not an option at all?

dont they contain alot of the same ingedients?

True Quik, Similar - but there is copper , Chromium and B6 in Vitalsie.

I have one pro athlete who likes them together, I think because he can maintain the level from the Vitalyse by sipping on the powerdrive in between shifts. This is probably more specific to a shift type sport.

Sorry Charlie shift-type sport?
Something like bball with time outs and stuff - is that what you mean?

Thx, I cant wait to try this stuff.

I think he means hockey.

OK - Thanks - Sorry just trying to understand the application.

This might seem like an insignificant factor … but the absorbtion of the supplements pre-game are critical …

For example - Before I’ve found Tyrosine caps can casue me an upset stomach.

Charlie do they dilute the Powerdrive for faster absorbtion?
It can be quite a strong mix if you follow the directions on the tub.

I’m not sure. I assume the idea was to establish a high enough level of tyrosine and keep the level constant through the prolonged comp period.

I’m going to try that idea in ‘scrimmage’ training or a challenge match soon and see how I can handle it.

I’ve always had trouble though with digestion immediately pre-comp.

The only thing I can manage safely is water!!!

I’ll try a very diluted Powerdrive to see how I handle that.

Exellent stuff !!!
Take 3 caps 45min before intense workouts on an empty stomach. On competition day with only final race in the afternoon try 3 caps 6 hours prior the race and 3 caps 45min before the race.
If there are heats use it in the same way as for the intense workouts.

Don’t worry too much… After all, your training will get you to the finish line…

Here is an old post I had-

Personally, when I used Powerdrive I felt like I had taken too many headshots or had my bell rung.

I have witnessed similar results with some athletes also-

People react VERY differently to different formulations of neuro supplements-

Either-

  1. they get it right

  2. Bounce off the walls

  3. Look like they just smoked a Bob Marley sized Dro

I think the issue with Powerdrive is the timing as some people get a significant droop due to the sugar a short time after taking it but then become alert. Of course this isn’t an issue with Vitalyze.
