Vit D as support of Calcium

After read some literature reffering how Vit D increases digestive absorption of Calcium , I guess if It´s really necessary to include a Vit D
supplement to the Vit C+Calcium post-workout intake :confused:

Assuming that the best time to take Vit C +Calcium supplement is just at the end of the workout…

What amount of time would be ideal to left pass to take the post-workout shake in order to avoid competition between Ca and Proteins absorption? :confused:

regarding vit D, you shouldn’t need to supplement much if you are outside and not living too far north. If you aren’t outside enough, then there is another problem…

yup you get it from sunlight if im not mistaken
