After read some literature reffering how Vit D increases digestive absorption of Calcium , I guess if It´s really necessary to include a Vit D
supplement to the Vit C+Calcium post-workout intake
Assuming that the best time to take Vit C +Calcium supplement is just at the end of the workout…
What amount of time would be ideal to left pass to take the post-workout shake in order to avoid competition between Ca and Proteins absorption?
