Thor,
I tried the link and for some reason I got the following message:

Thanks Thor

Wow Scott got out like a shot.

Powell must be tired having to run so soon after a 9.77, it would have been nice to see him fresher.

Marcus Brunson is having a career year.

Thank you, Thor!

:stuck_out_tongue:

…sorry to be a pest, but by chance did you get the hurdles… :o

Thanks again

I’m sorry, but Norwegian television where showing something else during the race and then suddenly switched back for the last few hurdles. There’s a four second delay when I press the record-button so I got nothing.

Thanks to TMSSF there is now a video of the 100h on my site. Right-click and save:

Powell said that he did not get out of the blocks well because he was focusing on breaking the World Record and miss the starters gun.

Actually, Powell didn’t say that, he, Burns, Obikwelu, Pognon, Fasuba as well as Perdita Félicien at 100mH at least all complained because the starter immedialtely shot after the “set” command. They changed the starter or the starter was ordered to change after these 2 races.

Does anyone have 10m splits of Powell’s run? I also think that the start affected him but from what I could see he ran some pretty fast 40-100m.

He had to work hard to make up for his bad start. Scott absolutely exploded.

It would be good to see Scott’s first 40m and Powell’s last 60m put together.
May be faster then 9.77???

Site Results
Hmmm…they credited Scott and Powell with 0.136 and 0.229 reaction times, respectively.

Thanks guys! TMSSF that what was a great clip.

Thanks again…any other hurdle clips from of the circuit would be awesome. Keep up the good work guys.
