i now have the graphs from the vancouver dvd, i was wondering how the weekly template that is on the forum review ties into it all.

i was thinking and please correct me if im wrong.

that after doing the spp you might go into the format on the weekly training template on the forum review as your competition phase.

is that correct?

Forum Review week is taken from SPP2 and your graphs are from SPP1! However, the weekly layout for the 3 high days is the same as it would be for the Van’04 graphs. Note the tempo and the volumes.

ive been using the graphs from the forum review as the basis of my training layout for about 7 weeks now.

my next race in first week january and i want to peak first week of febuary and then again 4 weeks later.

any advice

sorry, one other thing what does the intensity limit on the short - long stand for

The intensity limit is the distance which you accelerate to before you maintain speed from that point on.
