We’d like to see how creative your use of Avatars can be, here is a summary of how to use them.
Whats an Avatar?
An avatar is simply a small picture that you can use in your profile here. Choose something that interests you, for a good example just look around the threads for good avatar use.
How do I set one up?
The best way to set an avatar up is by finding one (or creating one) that you like. Be sure to SIZE your avatar properly, I advise that all avatars maintain max dimensions of 115 pixels by 165 pixels. Once you have your image on your desktop you may upload it to us by following the steps below.

Goto “usercp” (user control panel). You must be logged in to use this feature.

You will now see a navigation bar, choose the third option from the left “Edit Options”. Here you will see numerous configuration changes you can make to your profile, scroll completly to the bottom and you will see “Avatar” and a button called “Change Avatar”. Click the button marked “change avatar”.

Now you can upload your avatar to us to be included in your profile. You may upload by clicking the browse button to locate the image you created thats on your computer, or you may link to one on the Internet by entering the images location (remember, they have to be sized properly, if not, they are subject to removal). Upon completion, your avatar is ready to use. Remember, gif and jpegs work best.
