Some good stuff there overall just taking a quick glance. I was a little disappointed in the practicality of the over training markers. Lots of scientific research looks looks like it went into it. But in the end only markers C,D,E look practical to measure. And the solutions are a little thin. (don’t focus on stress or actual overtraining)
