Well yesterday I was doing a 150m at 100% and I was killing it till about 135m and my arms just couldn’t pump anymore it was like they could not keep up with my legs. This is odd to me because I did a 150m at 95% four weeks ago and was fine. In the season (5 months back) I was a noobie at the 200 and I could still pump arms at the end.
I originally thought that this could be because I have been very weight room and plyometric intensive with my legs and have not done any weights or plyos with my upper body for about 6-8 weeks. You can’t just loose your arm swing can you?
