Upper body is weak?

Well yesterday I was doing a 150m at 100% and I was killing it till about 135m and my arms just couldn’t pump anymore it was like they could not keep up with my legs. This is odd to me because I did a 150m at 95% four weeks ago and was fine. In the season (5 months back) I was a noobie at the 200 and I could still pump arms at the end.

I originally thought that this could be because I have been very weight room and plyometric intensive with my legs and have not done any weights or plyos with my upper body for about 6-8 weeks. You can’t just loose your arm swing can you?

Okay a better explaination would be at 135m my arms would not fire as powerful and fast as my legs therefore I had to shorten the swing and range of motion of my arms in order to stay in sinc with my legs. Similar arm movement to when asafa powell keeps his arms when he jogs the last 10m.
