I see some people are referring to weights, some to running. Can this unloading (i.e weight room - 75% of normal volume. . . . 200, 200, 150, 150 to an unloading of 3x150) be for the peak phase also, or only for the unloading during other mesos?
I was referring to running workouts which kind of correlates to weights as well.
I believe that during your actual peak that you should be tapering anyways so volumes will actually be at their lowest, right Charlie?
