UK Books on Sprinters

Hi,

I would like to learn about the UK methods of developing sprinters. Where is a good place to start as far as books and webpages?

Look for the one on allan well’s training it may have been published in NSIA.

I have the Allan Well’s book, but I don’t know it is a real insight into how many British sprinters trained. I would say the key difference in Britain is that S to L is a rarity, and also that weights and track are more often kept on separate days. Certainly that is the case with Linford’s and Malcolm’s camp. I know Tony doesn’t stick to that as much though. Lloyd, I know much less about. I know a coach up in Loughborough has brought in a S to L periodisation and includes weights on his track days too though.
