Types of meat while bulking?

How much of a factor should the types of meat you eat be when bulking? Like when I was cutting, or just maintaining, I basically made sure I just ate tuna or 99% lean ground turkey or chicken tenderloins/breasts…but would it be so bad to have some more fatty cuts (steak, burgers, etc) during a bulk phase? Like maybe even just 1 or 2 servings per week? I figure, it’s a lot of saturated fat, but it also carries some solid calories at least, so I know I’ll be getting enough to be in caloric excess for bulking…and it tastes so good.

I’m trying to bulk cleanly, but it’s been a while since I’ve really had any other meat besides the ones I’ve listed…I don’t plan to go overboard, but what do you guys think?
