Odell told me that you were the fastest white guy baylor had. I bet you will get plenty of playing time this season. And do you like Floyd Casey Stadium’s turf? Its alright to me, but I feel slower when I run on it though.
How well was JW throwin the medball (weight?) and how about his lifting (if you know)?
I didn’t really pay too close of attention probably a 10-20lb. ball thrown sideways into the wall. Not sure about his lifts…

Testing Day #1
Power Clean: 316
Vertical Jump: 34-35, I’ll find out for sure tomorrow.
The clean was good considering that my lower back has been feeling fairly tight the past few days. I was pretty disappointed with the VJ, it’s well below my PR. However, we did do the Power Clean first so that kinda took the juice outta my legs for the jump. I felt like I had about 3-4 more inches in me but I just couldn’t get it out.
Tomorrow we run 40’s on the track and I have my eye on the record which is 4.35.
By the way I was thinking about using some kind of potentiation technique, similar to what Kelly B wrote about. Thoughts?
