Triphasic

Anyone have experience/thoughts on triphasic training? Is there use in periodizing muscle contraction like was proposed by Cal Dietz in “Triphasic Training” for sprinters? I am not referring to his volumes or frequency of resistance training specifically.

Sounds like lots of over thinking and complicated crap for speed training. I could be wrong, doubt it. I would love to train with him and then I could give feedback.

Best thing I ever learned was to unlearn the stupid crap and remember what it was like when I was fast.
