Training video.

Hello everyone,

I’m 34, it’s my first year training, and my best time so far is a 12.61 100 m (+0.6 m/s) from early June.

I also ran a 25.41 200 m at the same early June meet.

I ran a 12.79 100 m(-0.3 m/s) off a very poor start in late June, and haven’t competed since.

I am summering in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and there aren’t a ton of masters meets around here. I’m trying to peak for the North American Masters meet in Clermont, Florida in late August.

Here’s a link to a Youtube training video I made after yesterday’s workout. The split times are probably accurate to within 0.01 or 0.02, but are not exact. (The band is Crystal Castles)

Just a quick little tip, bend your knees a little more during standing starts and get slower for a greater push off.

Thanks Track Man, I will start tomorrow.
