I have 4 workouts I must do, what is the optimal way to arrange them with sufficient recovery in the training week ?
Note: There is a basketball game on thursday. basically im off season now though.
The 4 workouts are:
-Bodybuilding for the upper body
-strength training for the upper body
-POWER training for the lower body
-strength training for the lower body
Where to put them ?
*Low body emphasis of course.
*strength session of the lower body being more important than the power training.
