Today was my first time counting my training session by the months, I wanted to know how many days do you guys train per/ month?
Here’s my program:
Day training per month:
Jan 18 days
Feb 13 days
Mar 19 days
Apr 20 days
May 15 days
Jun 12 days
July 13 days
Aug 18 days
Sept 20 days
Oct 16 days
Nov 10 days
Dec 9 days
This taught me something! If I can average 20 plus days for 4 months during the off- season I must get stronger, I hope anyway
Training part- time will give you part- time RESULTS
