a new training program calls for a new journal, keeping the best of the old stuff with emphasis on getting ready for football camp,more of a split program but it should allow for more rest than i was getting before

felt great today-noticed starts are slow, really need to concentrate on my oly lifts at low reps to stay quick

got a stopwatch out on the track today, my friend was working the clock my 2nd 40yrd was a 4.5! is it possible? i think there was an error with the timer, had to be, but my 3rd was a high 4.6, hmmm…

first time i have used single leg rdl with a dumbell, and i really like them. will alternate them with barbell style from now on.

tempo run length cut down due to field conditions (50yrds was the longest stretch of semi-dry grass!)
have i mentioned that it has rained like crazy here everyday for the last 2 weeks!

Your training looks good, its been a long time since i have had a read of other peoples Training Jornals.

But in every training jornal i see this tempo stuff comes up. What the hell is it.

But i must say it sounds like somethink i would not like.
