Hi guys, wonder if anyone can let me know of a decent training venue for one of my sprinters. He is going to Orlando for a couple of weeks soon and wants to keep his training going. His girlfriend says their is a place near her home but he reckons it doesn’t look to good. Welcome any suggestions (within reason :rolleyes: )

Disney Wide World of Sports Complex is fantastic, not sure about access though. UCF has a nice track as well.
wide world of sports track is ok, nothing special, Plus I think they charge. UCF has a nice track. If you can get to clermont go to the national training center. They have a nice track, plus he might get to see tyson gay, d mitchell, and v campbell. They all train there.
Really, I did not know that. How far is that from Tampa?
tampa is an hour from orlando. they are tons of venues in tampa and orlando!!
I can get from tampa to clermont in about 30-45 minutes. Just hit I4 east
wide world is nothing special.
I thought it was pretty nice, tons of well manicured grass, nice track, the weight room is also pretty good if you can get access.
They host meets you can run in as an unattached athlete as well. They are hosted in March I believe.
