is Charlie Francis’ book Training for Speed, available online to purchase in paperback?? I have searched all over the web and been to tons of libraries and can’t seem to find it. I would prefer paperback over ebook

Would this book be good for an 800m runner or would one of peter coe’s books be more beneficial?
