I’ve pretty much figured that i’m not gonna be doing any serious running this year. Coaching duties and working have taken up all the time I would have had for training. What I need are some suggestions on some active rest type deals to do until then. I usually play basketball, but i’ve been away from that for so long because of track, that i’m afraid of getting embarassed. I usually start training in Sept or Oct. I just want to be in decent shape when I start again later this year.
ultimate frisbee… just go long and you will be so tired… but you will be open!!!
