Could anyone in the group give me some advice for training for the indoor rowing machine? (2000m competitive event) I am familiar with CFTS for sprints, and would like to apply it to this event, but am unsure exactly how to; does the distance and the endurance factor necessitate any significant changes to the program setup?
e.g. Should the program be short to long, if so, how short should it start?
What sort of volumes would be roughly appropriate?
Am I right in thinking that weights should be done after rowing?
How would the tempo translate to rowing?
