Training for 15 year old boy?

I am a 15 year old male, a sprinter and just finished my first year of track. My pbs are 11.86(100), 23.84(200). I am not lifting weights and have no serious training program. My track coach, isn’t really a track coach, he’s a football coach who just figured he’d coach track also. Our practices usually go as the following:
-4x10yd(10 sec rest)
-4x20yd(10 sec rest)
-4x40yd(10 sec rest)
Lunges(20yds)
Bounds(20yds)
Stride Drills(20 yds)
-4x350m(1 min rest)
practice on starts.
My coach tells me to work on my acceleration phase, but he never told me how to do so. So I’m basically clueless on how to accelerate correctly.

I feel as though this isn’t effeciant training, compared to other sprinters training.Could anyone please give some advise on what kind of drills, workouts, etc I should do? Anything would be greatly appreciated.

Desigining different workouts for you would be extremely difficult for any coach to do (especially online) so the easiest thing to do would be to see what you can adjust from your training. How much do you have control over?

And it’s a little early to be posting under the name G.O.A.T. (or are you just a big mo greene fan?)

I don’t have control over anything actually. My coach is a “do my way or no way at all” type of person. And yes I am just a big Mo fan.
