This is what I am thinking to do as a microcycle in 3 weeks when season ends:
Before BC camp:
Mon: Accel then ME UB
Tue: Tempo (BW ciruit b/w reps)
Wed: ME LB then Accel
Thur: Tempo (BW ciruit b/w reps)
Fri: Repitition UB then Tempo
Sat: Agility work (backpeddling, ability to get out and get in a cut effectivly, good body control)
After BC camp probably going to change an Accel day to Max V.
