I can’t remember the actual events but
The 4 x 1 where the French team beat the USA and broke the world record.
4 x 4 where Chris Akubusi (400 hurdler) sat on US runner in final leg and out ran him in home straight.
What made these good for me, was the better team won, but the other team had better runners.
Remember that Mens 4 x 400m race well DMA - excellant stuff. It was in the 1991 WC.
The French team have never beat the USA team face-to-face.
However the French team did run 37.79s(WR) in the 1990 Split,Yugoslavia EurCh.

I like that one I just wish Otis would’ve come out on top.Im a big LSU fan and I was glad to see the men win both relays even though they weren’t the favorite. I like the Womens 4x100,4x400, and 400 from this year. The World Championship Mens 4x100 was good too.
what i recon was a great relay race was in 92,4x100-barcelona.do i need to say more…awesome!
in the 100m 88 was way out of here.never seen before and for 88 was unreal.i also regard 91 WC 100 as a good performance,6 men under 10 and to cap it off a WR
