Actually guys -
instead of wondering what each book is about

  • lets write a line or 2 about each book so we know something about each… I’ll edit mine now …

I am really not a cynic, or at least not ALL of the time, but I can´t resist to add these two books. They will not increase your respect or reverence for the powers that be in sport, but are interesting and informative.

Mortal Engines by John M Hoberman - not exactly a Grisham page turner, but looks at the links of science and sport and how science influences human performance. Alot of neat stuff if the history of science in sport interests you, and how science continues to influence sport. http://www.blackburnpress.com/mortalengines.html

Lords of the Rings by Andrew Jennings - made me really wonder if I ever again wanted to wear anything with the name Adidas on it. He has at least 2 newer books out, but haven´t read them. Has anyone else?

Have heard great reviews about Lord of the Rings by Andrew Jennings, Carson - both your books have just gone on my - ‘To Get next (when I get a few Euros)’ List
